Inexpensive Coastal Decor For Master Bathroom

Recently, I learned how to save money on wall art using Karma and I’m so glad I did! As you probably know, we moved into a new home in June 2020.

Moving is expensive! It’s even more expensive when you move into a much larger house, and have to buy even more furniture and decor items. Since June, I’ve been on the hunt for large inexpensive wall art.

Luckily, with the help of Karma, I’ve been able to find and purchase two new pieces of inexpensive canvas wall art. Now, the walls of our home no longer look as bare as they did almost a year ago.

Note: Karma was previously known as Shoptagr, so if you’ve heard of Shoptagr before, it’s the same thing!

How to Save Money on Wall Art Using Karma

If you haven’t heard of Karma, I’m sure you’re wondering how, exactly, I’ve used it to score such awesome deals on modern canvas wall art. It’s very easy to use and set up is simple.

After creating your account at, the first thing you should do is install the Karma app. I mostly use the Karma Chrome app on my computer, but they have apps for iOs and Android, too!

How To Use Karma’s List Feature

Karma’s list feature is super simple, and it only takes a few seconds to add an item to one of your lists! All you have to do is go to your item in Karma, click “+ Add to list,” choose the list you want to add the item to, and click “Add to list.”

I love that you can create multiple lists! This helps me out a lot, because I feel like it keeps things more organized. So far, I have lists for Liam, London, Cameron, myself, and “home.”

In the future, I plan to create lists for birthdays, holidays, etc., but right now, I’ve been doing most of my shopping from the “home” list that I’ve created.

Another thing that I really love about Karma is being able to look through every item you’ve saved and sort them. In this screenshot, you can see that I sorted them by what was currently on sale. That’s how I was able to save money on wall art!

Those first two items are the pieces of large inexpensive wall art that I purchased.

While we hardly had any wall art in our home, we do have new, fresh paint in most rooms. For our master bedroom and bathroom, we’ve been going for a slight coastal vibe. Not too beachy, obviously, since we live in Ohio, but just enough to trick our minds into thinking that we live somewhere a little more warm and sunny.

Our bedroom walls are palladian blue and our bathroom walls are a light shade of gray. I found this piece of oversized coastal wall art and it looks perfect above our bathtub!

By using Karma, I saved over 25% on this piece of large coastal wall art!

In a few weeks, all of our new master bedroom furniture is being delivered (hello, king size bed)! Once that happens, I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on my lists in Karma, so I can find some inexpensive coastal decor for our master bedroom, as well.

Hallway Wall Decor

Our upstairs hallway was another area I wanted to focus on, since we didn’t have any hallway wall decor at all. The foyer, hallway, and several of the rooms downstairs are all painted “Perfect Greige.”

I wanted to find colorful wall decor, but I also wanted it to look like it matched with the Perfect Greige.

Is that a perfect match or what?!

Once again, Karma helped me find another piece of inexpensive wall art. This was on sale for 50% off!

Karma Coupons and Cashback

There are a couple other great features within Karma that I want to make sure you all take advantage of, which are coupons and cashback.

I’ve already started earning money by using Karma Cashback! It’s super easy. You pick your favorite stores from Karma Cashback, purchase items, and earn money. You can always check your balance within Karma.

Their coupon searching feature, Coupon Scout, is perfect for saving even more money. When you checkout on a retailers’ website, Coupon Scout will pop up and search for all possible coupons. Click “I Feel Lucky!” and it will apply all valid coupons to your order, saving you money in the process!

Install Karma To Start Saving Money

Needless to say, I will be using Karma as much as I can in the future. There are a couple coffee tables and end tables that I’ve been keeping an eye on. As soon as they go on sale, I plan to buy them for our Mackinac Island themed sitting room.

After all, now that I have Karma monitoring prices for me, I don’t see the point in paying full price for anything! Haha.

Have you tried Karma before? If so, let me know in the comments! I’d love to hear what you’ve saved money on from using it!

If not, I suggest you click here to get started with Karma. Create your own lists and wish lists, monitor them, and save yourself some money!
