If you’re looking for tips on how to take pictures of a seven month old baby, so am I. I can’t help you. The title was a trick.
As you can see here, she will not lay still long enough for me to take a decent picture of her. I hope she’s well on her way to crawling and/or walking. I’m really looking forward to getting all the baby stuff out of our house.
At seven months old, much to my disappointment, she still does not sleep through the night. I had to take a caffeine pill to even write this post.
I feel like the past seven months could quite possibly be sending me into a gradual, worsening depression, and now I’m so sleep deprived that I don’t even know how depressed I am about it.
London has started eating baby food. I was originally very hopeful that baby food would be the solution to her horrible sleeping habits. It’s not! No solution here, kids! Eat as much food as you want, we’re still getting up all night at our house!
She also cannot figure out how to eat Gerber Puffs, which always causes me to panic for about 30 seconds, because I’m fully convinced she’s about to choke to death.
Now, that I’ve gotten all of my complaining out of the way…
She smiles, laughs, and babbles a lot more now. I’m starting to wonder if she’s just a more serious baby than Liam was. Liam would laugh hysterically and London’s just kind of like, “haha,” and that’s the end of it.
London also went on her first zoo trip! The Cincinnati Zoo was kind enough to give us media passes, so we went Memorial Day weekend. I’m sure London didn’t have any idea what was going on, but she loved riding in the stroller and didn’t cry all day!
Liam loved the zoo, and I’m looking forward to going again when it’s not 85 degrees outside.
Now, London is well on her way to becoming an 8 month old and our first family vacation is in 11 DAYS! I’ll be blogging all about it, so check back around then.
